High Teck 77420 Series High Solids Direct To Metal Primer/Sealers are a 2K epoxy hybrid product that offers excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, easy sanding, exceptional filling capabilities, and are sandable in as little as 60 minutes.

• Apply direct to sanded and cleaned steel, SMC, fiberglass, body filler, existing paint or e-coat.
• Must apply a self etching primer before applying to aluminum or galvanized steel 
• High Build Primer: 4:1 Mixing ratio with 77426 Activator (sold separately)
• Regular Build Primer: 4:1:1 Mixing ratio with 77426 activator and urethane reducer
• Sealer: 4:1:2 Mixing ratio with 77426 activator and urethane reducer
• 2.1 VOC (low VOC) when mixed with low VOC reducer
• Apply 2-3 coats as necessary, allowing 10-20 min flash between coats, 30 min to topcoat, 60-90 min to sand
